Key4tier is a subsidiary of BT-CAD-Consulting GmbH, Germany. It was founded in early 2015 to expand into the business field of key account management with special focus on emerging TIER 1 and TIER 2 suppliers worldwide.
Our team is based on technical engineers who are leading a variety of projects at OEMs and also sales experts who worked for many years at different OEMs with very strong networks to those groups and companies.
Many potential suppliers from America or Asia face the problem that they do not have a subsidiary or an office in or around the region where they want to do business with the OEMs. The OEMs always require short communication lines to the potential suppliers, if any urgent issues might occur.
But for the suppliers, it still remains always a risk as most of them are not aware of the costs, local laws, business cultures and the processes linked to establish an office abroad. It is even more challenging to hire the right experts with the know-how, language and culture skills, as most of them demand very high salaries as well, sometimes even far beyond $120K p.a.
This is why key4tier was founded. We provide the experts you need, the office which represents the supplier`s company and all the necessary services required to acquire, manage and market the supplier´s business. We conduct all supplier meetings, negotiations, discuss all quick issues with the OEMs directly on site and report back the results to the supplier´s headquarter.
